About Simmons Eye Care

Simmons Eye Care was founded in 1962 by Dr. Bill Simmons, whose genuine care for others and passion for service became the foundation of the practice. Through his dedication to his patients and community, Dr. Simmons built a trusted optometric practice known for providing compassionate, personalized eye care.

That commitment to serving others has continued through generations of the Simmons family. Dr. Bill’s sons, Dr. Rusty Simmons and Dr. Creighton Simmons, carried on his legacy. The next generation began with Dr. Bill’s granddaughter, Dr. Jennifer Zierlein, and her husband, Dr. Steele Zierlein, joining the practice, followed by his grandson, Dr. Collin Simmons.

More than 60 years later, Simmons Eye Care is proud to continue serving Benton and the surrounding communities. While the practice has grown and changed through the years, our commitment remains the same: to care for our patients like family while providing exceptional eye care, outstanding service, and high-quality eyewear.
