The staff is very friendly, very professional, and very patient. The check in process was easy, simple, and smooth. Doctor Jennifer was very kind, explained everything, and answered all my questions. The lady who helped me learn how to put in my contacts was very kind and very patient. She gave me some great tips and tricks, and explained everything about contacts and how to care for them and my eyes. I 100% recommend Simmons Eye Care to be your primary eye climic.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I always enjoy my trips to Simmons Eye Care. The staff is always friendly, courteous, and helpful. And Dr Steele is always friendly, knowledgeable, & helpful. After years of trying to find out from doctors about a problem with my vision, he knew exactly what I was talking about. It was good to know I wasn't imagining it. I recommend the clinic and him to anyone looking for eye care.

My visit was excellent! Dr. Steele is an excellent optometrist and is very kind and easy to talk to. Renee help me pick out glasses and I was so thankful to her for that help. All of the ladies up front were also very nice and friendly. I had a fantastic visit!!!

Staff were so kind and welcoming! I was seen before my scheduled time which was awesome! I was told what tests were going to be given and what they were for. Dr. Simmons thoroughly explained test results! I was extremely happy with my appointment! I will definitely go back and will recommend them to others!

I’ve never discovered a more outstanding location! From check-in, to an eye exam before the doctor arrived, to the doctor placing my contacts in my eyes, and the exceptional team helping me select glasses and sunglasses—everyone seemed like a familiar friend. The staff was skilled, attentive, responsive to every inquiry, and genuinely the warmest, most welcoming group I’ve met. Prompt, courteous, competent, patience, friendly, and PROFESSIONAL staff from the desk to technicians. No real waiting, they're always ready. Not just a simple eye exam office.
